Professional Scrum Master™ is an interactive, activity-based course where participants gain a strong understanding of the Scrum framework and the accountabilities of the Scrum Master. Through a blend of discussion, hands-on activities, and experience sharing, the course helps participants explore the principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset, while also learning techniques applied by successful Scrum Teams.
Scrum is a framework that – when applied properly – can multiply effectiveness. The challenge is that most people have experienced poor implementations of Scrum, while truly good ones are rare. The trainer of this course has had the opportunity not only to work with strong implementations but also to ask the creator of Scrum directly how to achieve them.
During the course, participants will grasp the essence of Scrum and its foundations. All elements of the framework will be discussed, showing how they impact team and organizational effectiveness. There will be space for questions, clarifying doubts, and exploring numerous practical stories and examples. The result is an engaging learning experience through which participants will understand Scrum not only in theory but also learn how to apply it in practice—and explain its value to others.
