The Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ is an interactive course that helps Scrum practitioners develop their facilitation skills. Scrum empowers teams to solve problems and make decisions, supported by the Scrum Framework and Values. However, interactions do not always run smoothly, and team members may lose focus or struggle to reach agreement.
The training shows participants how to select and apply facilitation techniques in in different situations, how to improve team interactions, and how to increase the effectiveness of Scrum events. Participants will learn the key principles of facilitation, how they support collaboration and healthy team dynamics, and practice applying techniques in various scenarios. The practical experience gained in group dynamics and decision-making processes will allow them to immediately apply their new skills to improve the effectiveness of the team they work with on a daily basis.
