The Product Backlog is not just a spreadsheet to be filled in because “it has to be.” It is a powerful communication tool that ensures everyone involved in the product – from stakeholders and investors to developers – shares the same understanding of what they want to achieve together. It represents the product vision broken down into concrete steps leading to the goal and the product’s success, while also serving as the centre of work management. When chaos appears in the backlog, it inevitably translates into chaos in the teams’ work.

The Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills™ course is a hands-on training that shows how to move from an idea to a well-structured and transparent Product Backlog. Participants will learn not only techniques for creating, ordering, and refining the backlog, but also how to connect product goals with the work being delivered. The course emphasizes working with stakeholders, leveraging market feedback, and building and validating hypotheses. This makes the Product Backlog more than just an ordered list – it becomes a living tool for planning in complex environments and building competitive advantage.

What our clients say

Trust in confirmed sources

What stood out to me in the ITIL® 4 Foundation training was how clearly it showed the connection between IT services and business value. It shifted the way I see IT in the bigger picture of the organisation. Instead of thinking of IT as only about tools and processes, I now see it as a driver of outcomes and value for the business.
