Today, many organisations operate in an agile environment, where a rapid response to change and the continuous delivery of business value are part of everyday work. In such conditions, analytical activities are often performed intuitively – teams refine requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and support the development of solutions.
However, Agile business analysis has a much broader scope than managing a backlog or writing user stories. It is a way of thinking and working that helps to connect strategic and operational perspectives, manage value consciously, and make informed decisions in conditions of uncertainty and change.
To ensure that analytical activities effectively support business and product objectives, a structured approach is needed, along with an understanding of how the team’s day-to-day work translates into expected outcomes.
IIBA® – AAC™ Exam Prep is a training programme accredited by IIBA® – the International Institute of Business Analysis™ – a global organisation that has been setting standards in business analysis for over 20 years. This course prepares students for the globally recognised Agile Analysis Certification™ (AAC™) and is designed for professionals working in agile environments who want to structure their approach to business analysis and better understand value delivery.
During the training, participants develop competencies in agile business analysis across the following areas: Agile Mindset, Strategy Horizon, Initiative Horizon and Delivery Horizon. The programme is based on the knowledge areas described in the Agile Extension to the BABOK® Guide.
The IIBA® – AAC™ Exam Prep training is officially approved by the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) and Inprogress is recognised as an Essential Training Partner.
