Scrum is a framework for developing, delivering and maintaining complex products through effective teamwork. This approach is usually associated with software development, but it can also be successfully applied to other products that have some value, such as marketing campaigns. This method is based on the work of a team whose goal is to deliver a given product. The members of this team complement each other with their knowledge and skills.
