IIBA® CBAP™ Case Study Questions Exam Prep is a training programme accredited by IIBA® – the International Institute of Business Analysis™ – a global organisation that has been setting standards in business analysis for over 20 years. The training prepares you for the internationally recognised Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP™), the highest level of IIBA® certification, proving expert competence in the field.
IIBA® CBAP™ Case Study Questions Exam Prep training is an intensive programme focused on the most difficult and challenging component of the CBAP™ exam – solving complex case study questions. Participants work with realistic exam scenarios, analyse them according to the BABOK® Guide, and learn to interpret situations, draw conclusions and make decisions based on complex data. The training is designed for people who are at an advanced stage of preparation and want to practice exam “case studies” in conditions similar to the real test.
The IIBA® CBAP™ Case Study Questions Exam Prep training is officially approved by the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) and Inprogress is recognised as an Endorsed Training Provider.
Purpose of the training
- preparation for CBAP™ certification, with particular emphasis on case study questions,
- develop the ability to analyse complex business scenarios and make exam decisions in line with the BABOK®,
- improving the ability to interpret, synthesise information and work under time pressure,
- learning to recognise typical question patterns and avoiding the most common mistakes made by candidates.

Note: Training materials and the certification exam are in English; therefore, a working proficiency in English is required to understand the presented concepts and to solve the exam tasks. The training does not cover BABOK® theory – we assume knowledge of the textbook content and prior general preparation for the exam.

participation in the IIBA® – CCBA™/ CCBA™ Exam Prep training course.
