Business analysis is not just about specifying requirements or creating documentation. It is a strategic role that requires maturity, experience and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic business environment. More and more professionals – business analysts, product owners, change managers, consultants or project managers – are reaching for IIBA® certification to confirm their competence in leading complex change initiatives and working with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
IIBA® – CCBA™/ CBAP™ Exam Prep is a training programme accredited by IIBA® – the International Institute of Business Analysis™ – a global organisation that has been setting standards in business analysis for over 20 years. The training prepares you for the internationally recognised Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA™), the second level of the IIBA® certification pathway, designed for those with a minimum of two years’ experience in business analysis, and the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP™), the highest level of IIBA® certification, proving expert competence in the field.
During the training, participants deepen their understanding of the BABOK® Guide, learn to apply its knowledge in practice and develop the key competencies needed for positions of greater responsibility. The programme focuses not only on understanding analytical tasks and techniques, but also on soft skills – such as communication with stakeholders, workshop facilitation or decision-making in an uncertain environment.
The IIBA® – CCBA™/ CBAP™ Exam Prep training is officially approved by the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) and Inprogress is recognised as an Endorsed Training Provider.
