Management 3.0 is a modern management approach born out of the real-world experiences and reflections of leaders navigating organizational change in agile environments. It is rooted in a well-defined mindset and philosophy of management, complemented by a continually expanding set of tools, practices, and games that empower employees at all levels to actively contribute to organizational leadership.
The Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop is a two-day intensive program designed to introduce participants to agile leadership and management of people and work. It also encourages self-reflection on one’s leadership style, grounded in complexity theory—the scientific foundation for agile effectiveness.
This workshop offers a practical introduction to the Management 3.0 framework and enables participants to explore hands-on practices related to all six key Management 3.0 views (Motivating People, Improving Everything, Empowering Teams, Developing Competence, Growing Structure, Aligning Constraints). Participants engage with 9 structured learning modules aligned with global Management 3.0 standards.
