Applying Professional Scrum for Software Development™ is a hands-on course where participants learn how to deliver high-quality software by combining Scrum with programming practices and DevOps practices. Over a series of Sprints, they work in Scrum Teams on a real software system, writing code and experiencing Scrum by using it in practice. Collaborative work with modern engineering practices helps them deal more effectively with complexity and uncertainty.

The main goal of the training is to understand how to create and deliver Increments that are truly releasable and provide real value. Participants face challenges similar to those of everyday work and, through successive Sprints, learn how to continuously improve the way their team operates.

The course also demonstrates how Agile practices and DevOps tools complement Scrum, enabling Scrum Teams to increase their effectiveness and deliver value to stakeholders more efficiently.

What our clients say

Trust in confirmed sources

What stood out to me in the ITIL® 4 Foundation training was how clearly it showed the connection between IT services and business value. It shifted the way I see IT in the bigger picture of the organisation. Instead of thinking of IT as only about tools and processes, I now see it as a driver of outcomes and value for the business.
