Facilitation is an approach to conducting solution-oriented team meetings. The person who conducts such meetings, i.e. the facilitator, uses a range of techniques, tools and models to increase effectiveness in achieving this goal.
Facilitation Foundation training allows you to learn the most important mechanisms governing teamwork. Participants learn how to lead a meeting to effectively support a team in solving even a very complex and complicated problem.
The training equips participants with a set of skills and tools, useful in conducting facilitated workshops. The aim of the training is to prepare participants to conduct such workshops on their own and to acquire the skills to use facilitation techniques in their daily work.
Purpose of the training
- Gaining knowledge of methods to increase the effectiveness of management meetings, crisis teams, board meetings, etc,
- Increasing the effectiveness of working team meetings,
- Understading that just “talking” about a complex problem does not help to understand and solve it,
- Marking with the factors affecting the team, and learn the tools to help cope with the difficult situation,
- Preparing for the Facilitation exam at the Foundation level

- Team leaders, project managers, and managers who face challenges on a daily basis and work with their teams to find solutions;
- Internal trainers and HR professionals who facilitate development workshops using group activation tools;
- Consultants and business support professionals responsible for identifying the needs of their business partners;

- mode: online (after online training) or in-person (after in-person training),
- date: the exam is held at the end of the 3rd day of training,
- closed book – no use of materials,
- validity of the certificate: indefinite,
- the participant who scores the necessary number of points in the exam is awarded the international certificate in electronic form.
