House of PMO™ – Essentials for PMO Administrators™ is a two-day course that introduces participants to the world of project, programme and portfolio management from the perspective of a PMO, i.e. a project, programme or portfolio office.
The training was developed by House of PMO™ experts for both those starting their careers and experienced professionals working in the PMO field — the function that supports project, programme, and portfolio managers in their day-to-day responsibilities.
In the current situation of increased demand for project, programme and portfolio management services, there is also a noticeable increase in demand for PMO services, which can significantly increase the value of the initiatives they support.
While other courses focus on the design and establishment of PMO structures, Essentials for PMO Administrators™ focuses on the practical aspects of support office activities. The training first introduces the basics of project and programme management (according to the PRAXIS® Framework) and then focuses on how to apply this knowledge as a PMO Administrator.
