Digital Transformation Foundation is an accredited training programme that provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the principles, tools, and practices of digital transformation. The course begins with the fundamentals – defining what digital transformation means, why it has become essential for modern organisations, and which global trends and market forces are driving change. Participants explore the challenges and opportunities that digitalisation brings to organisations of different sizes and sectors.
The training goes beyond theory by combining lectures with practical exercises. Participants use proven tools to assess the current state of their organisation, identify areas requiring transformation, and design strategies to implement change. A strong emphasis is placed on business models, strategy development, and aligning digital initiatives with organisational goals. This includes working on either creating a new business model or adapting the existing one to a digital-first environment.
Case studies and interactive discussions give participants the opportunity to learn from real-world examples, analyse risks, and discover success factors behind well-executed transformations.
