4) The personal data you provide is voluntary; however, if not provided, we will not be able to contact you and send you a discount code for a Pilot Training;
5) The data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended);
6) Your data will be stored until you participate in the Pilot Training, or until you withdraw your consent, if you do so earlier;
7) Your data will be processed to the extent necessary to send you a discount code for the Pilot Training;
8) The data may be transferred to entities processing them on our behalf, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary to send you discount code for Pilot Training without exceeding our instructions: our employees, associates, IT companies ensuring our IT security, the hosting company (Atthost), and companies providing software and server services (MailerLite, Microsoft 365);
9) We take care to protect your data, and you have the right to complain with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
10) You have the right to access your data, to rectify, delete, limit processing, object to processing, and to data portability; if you wish, you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal;
11) INPROGRESS does not use personal data for profiling purposes.
