Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) is a methodology for agile management and workflow that helps organizations scale Lean and Agile practices.
The SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management course is designed for leaders, managers, and all individuals responsible for shaping and executing portfolio strategy in organizations adopting agile management practices.
The goal of the course is to present how Lean-Agile portfolio management contributes to improved efficiency and adaptability in response to changing market conditions.

- the exam is held on the SAFe® Studio platform,
- closed book – no use of materials,
- validity of the certificate: 1 year,
- the first approach to the exam is included in the price of the training, as long as the approach to the exam takes place within 30 days of completing the course,
- in case of a negative result in the exam, the participant can use the retake option. A second attempt at the exam is possible immediately after the completion of the first, the third after 10 days, and the fourth after 30 days. Each additional attempt is paid separately,
- the participant who scores the necessary number of points in the exam is awarded the international certificate in electronic form.

Note
The SAFe certification path does not enforce a specific development path — participants may attend any courses of interest without completing prerequisites. However, the first 2 to 4 hours of each course typically include an introductory segment (depending on the course) designed to align participant knowledge. This foundational content is repeated in all SAFe trainings and is a standard practice across all training providers.
