Have you ever felt that Design Thinking processes can be chaotic and difficult to implement in your organisation? What if there was a methodology that made this process predictable and easy to introduce?
DTMethod Foundation is an intensive workshop that allows you to learn, experience, and understand the Design Thinking methodology.
DTMethod is an APMG-accredited Design Thinking methodology. It provides a set of principles, guidelines, and tools designed to structure Design Thinking. Thanks to DTMethod, a process often perceived as chaotic becomes predictable and straightforward to implement within an organisation.
The core elements of DTMethod are:
- DTRules & Roles – the principles and roles to be applied during the Design Thinking process;
- DTModel – the process framework and schedule that ensure objectives are achieved;
- DTTools – proven tools to be used throughout the Design Thinking process.
Applying DTMethod means making use of all these elements in combination.
The DTMethod Foundation training will enable you to:
- minimise the risk of introducing unwanted, ineffective, or unnecessary solutions into your organisation,
- reduce project costs related to late-stage changes by gathering the right stakeholder feedback early,
- increase the value of products, processes, and services in the eyes of stakeholders,
- be confident in applying best practices when facilitating Design Thinking workshops,
- prepare your team for effective collaboration during Design Thinking workshops.
Gain the knowledge and skills essential for applying the DTMethod methodology effectively. Then take the APMG International accredited DTMethod Foundation exam and obtain an international certificate confirming your competences.
