PRINCE2 7 Foundation is a solid dose of project management theory with examples based on four very different practical scenarios. Throughout the three-day course, the trainer will ensure that complex theoretical issues are explain them in an accessible and understandable way, using practical exercises, quizzes, discussions and follow-up questions wherever possible.
PRINCE2 7 Foundation training will enable participants to understand the project management process and provide an introduction to effective project work. The training also aims at preparing you for the PRINCE2 7 Foundation exam.
